How we work

We aspire to be better than our competition. In achieving this we try our best to make the client’s journey throughout any project as painless as possible and actually, for them to enjoy it.
Where possible, we deliver a ‘Turn Key Operation’. This means that the client walks in to a completely finished extension or refurbishment.

To achieve this, we set up a meeting to discuss the client’s requirements, wishes and wants. Once this has been done, drawings are produced and approved by the client.
Once approved, costings can be produced and any adjustments can be made to ensure we deliver within the client’s budget. We will work with the client to ensure all wishes and wants have been discussed and priced to allow them to choose which options they have.

Once this has been done, planning can be applied for if required and building control arranged. Within a few days of planning being consented building works can commence.
Site setup is discussed with the client to allow safe access and egress for client and builder to operate. All areas are kept clean and tidy on a daily basis and as construction proceeds.
Daily/weekly updates are discussed with the client to keep them informed of each construction operation, discussing safety and wellbeing of all concerned within the project. We take great pride in producing a great environment that suits every need of the client and handover, snag free.
